During his speech at the Democratic National Convention, President Trump took a swipe at Joe Biden’s issues with inappropriate touching, drawing laughter from the crowd.
“For 47 years, Joe Biden took the donations of blue collar workers, gave them hugs and even kisses,” the President said with a straight face before cracking a wry grin.

It was an awesome line. After saying “hugs and kisses”, if he added “whether they wanted it or not”, it would have been even awesome. LOL
There’s still time to add it in when he delivers the line in another appearance.
I saw an image on parler after that speech and it was biden smooching a lady I think from the audience and I thought that must be what President Trump was eluding to.

Groping Joe ain’t got a racist bone in his body.....except maybe for the one between his legs. All the women and young girls he groped and sniffed were all WHITE.
Maybe even said “smelled their hair,” and “massaged their shoulders.”
