Where is Rush? I'm worried about him. And the Guests Hosts have been radio silent on his whereabouts or his return!

Nothing unusual when you’re getting treatment for Stage 4 lung cancer.
He’s been out this long before.
But yes, continued prayers for him...
It’s a treatment week. I hope he’ll feel well enough to come back tomorrow as he was able to do on the Friday of his last treatment week. I thought last week he sounded the strongest he had in a long time.
I do not like the silence, either.
Last Friday he said he’d be back Monday, so I don’t think this was a scheduled treatment week.
You know he’s gotta be beyond frustrated considering this week is what he lives for.
No - it is not a treatment week. His treatments are every 3 weeks. This is just week 2, and Rush always lets the audience know when a treatment week is coming.
He had treatments two weeks ago and did say I’ll see you Monday. Prayers
It must be acknowledged that his treatments were never meant to be a cure....they’re meant to buy him some time. Given that and the fact that the treatments make him feel like he was hit by a freight train we should be more surprised when he’s there than that he’s not there.
Chemo wipes you out for at least a week.
Let him rest and recover. He’s a fighter. A great example of standing up through the treatment of cancer, a real leader.

Yes, very worried here. I heard Rush say he planned to be back all this week. Rush likely scheduled treatment week to avoid the RNC, so this is disconcerting.
Docs must have insisted delaying treatment for a week was not wise.
Both fill-ins, Mathews and Herman, have blatantly avoided any mention.
He’s not on yet in AZ....absent again today, Thursday ?
I’ve been concerned also, mainly because the guest hosts have said nothing about his absence while I’ve listened this week. I certainly haven’t listened to every minute this week, but normally the guest hosts will provide some information about Rush’s absence several times during a three hour program.
I worry for him also. I didn’t hear him say on Friday that he would be off this week. I pray for him at least a couple times a day.
Rush is out tomorrow, too.

And it depends on what type.
My son did one chemo treatment that was just a half day at the clinic. The next week would be five days in the hospital for another kind.
Oh. Thank you. Well it’s obvious he’s going through so much. Pray for him. Great man he is.
