That may be his gold standard (for FDA drug approval), but retrospective studies/data are very common in Medical Research...
And HCQ is already approved and on the market for a number of diseases...

Someone should ask Fauxci his opinion of the impressive “anecdotal” data coming in from around the world of the anti-Covid drug cocktail (HCQ + Zinc Sulphate + the antibiotic Zithromax)...

You are correct.
HCQ is known as a zinc ionophore. Meaning it brings the zinc directly into the system. Zinc reduces cell replication so the disease won’t spread in the body. Quercetin is also a zinc ionophore and available OTC.
The zinc is mostly the thing, not the HCQ.
