Unlawful Restraint
I think applies only to LEOS.
being trapped in one of those cars that stop automatically for protesters in the road seems worse.
“Another: Hitting the car with rocks, concrete pieces and hammers, plus kicking and yelling-are not a legal reason to shoot them. Not an imminent danger to your life.”
A number of state laws disagree with you. Here’s Louisianna for one:
The new Louisiana “Kill the Caracker” statute (the Statute),enacted in July of 1997, has made it easier for Louisiana motorists to take the law into their own hands. The statute justifies homicide when either a passenger or driver reasonably believes that another person is committing or attempting to commit a burglary or robbery of the vehicle through the use of any unlawful force.2 The statute imposes no duty to retreat, but instead justifies homicide committed by a passenger or driver inside the vehicle against an individual who is attempting to unlawfully enter the vehicle, if the passenger or driver “reasonably believes” that deadly force is necessary either to prevent the individual’s unlawful entry or to force the individual out of the vehicle.

(The article is written by a whining leftist but does contain useful info)
Can you be charged for shooting a carjacker?
Missouri does have a law that allows you to use your gun if you’re under threat at home or in your vehicle. But that law has some very specific limits.
If you’re doing math equations while operating your car you may be a complete nerd.
Dash cam footage front and back with audio???
It’s the (fake) wood that makes it good!
She’s obviously not too bright.
But then, she’s an SJW so...
I like it. And I know you didn’t mean any harm to me but “I” wasn’t wrong, I was repeating what I remember Michael Savage’s lawyer said (in San Francisco, California) to the best of y ability.
So someone in my area or others would say while being checked into jail “Hey, if I lived in Louisiana I would be out of here having a latte somewhere.”
Instead of the paid “protesters” sent by Soros with a card stating what to do and whom to phone when arrested, WE need those with details on how to survive against being surrounded by jeering emotionally unbalanced people.
Yeah. Ain't it awful? /S
