Look, rock salt is a mentally satisfying concept—we actually tried in the 80’s—but it doesn’t work well and idea itself comes with a host of potential bad outcomes for the shooter.

Spray the rioters with bright fluorescent orange permanent dye. Something that soaks through their clothing easiy and penetrates deeply into the skin. The irony alone of “orange-man bad” would be worth it, plus we’ll recognize them for months.

Out of curiosity, I did a Google search. To my surprise, you can still buy shotgun shells filled with rock salt.
But I’d still be very careful when using it. This isn’t 1935. Shoot someone in your garden with rock salt, and today you just might be charged with attempted murder.

I was thinking this very thing last night as I was watching the news.
For the more effete liberal communities I suggest we use Kosher-style Himalayan Rock Salt.

I"m not a Doctor, but life has shown me how it works with arteries, not to mention first aid training in the military. That's why I believe Floyd died by the knee cutting of the blood flow from the carotid artery. Asphyxiation takes a little longer and people can be revived from that. Once the brain shuts down from lack blood, it's pretty much over.
