Evelyn Farkas, grandaughter of Skut Farkas, well-known bully from the works of Jean Shepherd, author of “In God We Trust, All Others Pay Cash”, stories of his 1930s childhood.
Farkas essentially yelled fire in a crowded theater and no one was physically injured yet the entire theater was misled inconvenienced. In her case we law abiding citizens were the theater patrons.
