But, hey, as long as Donald can get the economy back and running again so that he has a shot at being re-elected, guess those poor slobs who are among the 45M+ that don’t get a bed or the 2M+ dead are just plan outta luck!

Youre cute chart is INVERTED if you compare the flu deaths in Italy last week (about 150) to the Coronavirus deaths in Italy last week (about 4000).

CDC counts *all* pneumonia deaths as flu deaths.
Even if the pneumonia is from another virus or cause.

Great chart which compares flu deaths in the entire year to Covid19 deaths in the last week. Average flu deaths are at most 200 per day assuming a 120 day flu season. 140 Covid19 deaths yesterday.
Your chart is not accurate as the mortality rate of the flu vs CV19 cannot be accurately compared. Flu deaths are underrepresented as there is a flu vaccine that skews the flu deaths lower. An un-vaccinated flu population would be a warranted if this were a controlled study.
If you substitute the numbers for “people that have been exposed to …” in each case, that tiny blue slice becomes proportionately much smaller. For the graphically challenged that means that more people die from CCP-19 than from the flu on a per case basis.

you’re little wheel is irrelevant. Low deaths are due to travel restrictions, mandatory quarantines and lockdowns. H1N1 has no such controls (but travel restrictions Jan/Feb could be significant in reducing h1n1 also)
We are a republic. Governors make decisions on state levels. If you are looking for a dictator, CCP may be your place.
