Kobe Bryant died in a helicoper crash in Calabasas Sunday morning ... TMZ Sports has confirmed.
Kobe was traveling with at least 3 other people in his private helicopter when it went down. A fire broke out. Emergency personnel responded, but nobody on board survived. 5 people are confirmed dead. We're told Vanessa Bryant was not among those on board.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.

Yeah maybe he meant to say that he is SURVIVED by his children..his wife just gave birth 6 months ago no way would she allow her kids to be on a helicopter without her she was NOT on board
Yeah that makes NO sense, Kobe lives in Newport Beach, the grammys are in Downtown LA, the direction of the helicopter doesnt fit

CALABASAS, Calif. – Former NBA superstar Kobe Bryant has died in a helicopter crash in California, Local 10 has confirmed.
Five people were on board when the helicopter went down near Calabasas this morning.
Bryant’s wife Vanessa was reportedly not on the helicopter, according to TMZ.
ABC News is reporting that Bryant’s four daughters were also on board the helicopter.
It is VERY FOGGY here today I am very close to Calabasas there are MANY power lines in those hills if he was flying low due to fog he could have hit the lines!!! Should NOT have been flying in the conditions we have this morning this stuff burns off in the afternoon WHY wouldn’t he just wait a couple of hours STUPID!!!
I wouldn’t question Harvey Levin’s sources OR being that foolish to write a fake story this big. He’s far too smart to ruin his business.

And her mom has to tell her it was rape..color me skeptical on that claim.

Well, he WAS a superstar.
And I agree generally, we are a bit obsessed with sports and other celebrity.
HOWEVER, OTOH, thank God we CAN get so excited about such unimportant things.
We have it great when we can do so.
The key is to remind citizens - including the libs who hate our society so much - that this IS the truth.
Walk a fine line between important things, and frivolity, and you know we have it good.
I call knowing all this, being spoiled, but NOT rotten.
Saw some reports of engine failure.
Well, there was the fact that Kobe paid a settlement to his accuser. He was likely guilty as hell. But by buying her off, he got away with it. Or did he?

Starting to see reports that at least some of Kobe Bryant’s daughters were believed to be on board the helicopter. First responders confirmed there were no survivors of the crash.
And just know, none of us are guaranteed so much as one more day in this life.
Total of 5 on board, Kobe is one of them, was Kobe also flying his own helicopter, or was there a pilot on board
