Joe Biden often says odd things, sometimes daily, out on the campaign trail. It’s hard to understand exactly what is going through his mind as he speaks to his supporters. Tuesday in Iowa, Biden brought up a reference to clipping coupons as a way to make money. That would have been enough to make a person question his statement but then he topped it – he said that people are making money “clipping coupons on the street.”

There was another gem from Tuesday in Iowa – this time during an event in Fort Dodge. Joe Biden claimed that “we don’t need standing armies” while talking about cyberwar. “The idea that we are going to cut the defense budget, we can cut it some. We don’t need standing armies.

How do you make money doing that? Have his people ever thought of wiring his jaw shut until December?
We don’t need standing armies when we’ve surrendered our border and sovereignty and capitulated to Iran and Communists.
C’mon man, it’s the new black market. When you find a coupon for 25cents, you sell it for 20cents. You make 20cents and the saves an entire nickel.
This guy is bonkers and has been for years.

In his prime this guy wasn’t the sharpest knife in the drawer. Now, he needs to be put in a home under constant supervision.
The astonishing thing is, democrats have him as their front runner. Although he appears to be losing ground.
People do make money clipping coupons, bit of an art and a lot of work, they buy a couple hundred dollars of product for 9 bucks and resell the stuff, it is all over facebook.

Yeah Joe, I pay all my bills with coupons. College bills? Coupons. Rent? Coupons. Drugs and hookers? All coupons. Why work for a living when we can all clip these imaginary coupons that just pop out of nowhere.
Bidens Totally out of touch! But watch him win the primary and have Bloomberg as his running mate for president......then he retires for health reasons with Bloomberg the shoe in.

Don’t you know you can make $50k a month clipping coupons? All you need to do is get a warehouse, then clip 6 million coupons, then find the only store on earth that will offer cash for coupons....then...
