Only fair way to resolve who’s the Windy One. Ask Larry King to “go to the videotape” and be the judge. Larry is said to be an experienced on-air fart’r.
A detailed review of the Swalwell-Mathews exchange might also reveal a surreptitious deep-inhaler - a fart-sniffer.
