I was watching a GEICO TV commercial showing a person sitting on a motorcycle drinking something in a cup. Another asked what are you drinking, and he said GASOLINE? AGAIN the person on the motorcycle was asked "WHAT'S IN THE CUP?" SLURPING A STRAW IN THE CUP, the person on the motorcycle responded "GASOLINE."
THIS IS NOT A FUNNY COMMERCIAL. CHILDREN WATCHING THIS, MAY TRY DRINKING GASOLINE. WE DON'T NEED THIS TV CRAP!
GEICO NEEDS TO PULL THIS COMMERCIAL, NOW!! DO YOU AGREE?

No. Children need to be taught what is safe to drink and what is not. I learned that young. Parents today think society should raise their kids.
It probably wasn’t a man in GEICO commercial world. Their current characters include creatures called Mo stars like centaurs but instead of a horse body and legs it’s a motorcycle. What else would a half man half motorcycle drink?

Well, I wouldn’t run it alongside a cigarette commercial. That’s just asking for trouble

It’s not a person. . . Look again, closer. . . It’s the upper body of a person growing out of a motorcycle. He’s a fantasy creature called a motaur ala a centaur. . . this is just the latest of several commercials featuring the “motaur” creature. Naturally he’d drink gasoline to drive his motorcycle engine. Really funny in a GEICO way.
It's a Motaur, half man half motorcycle. You think this also sets a bad example for kids shoving a motorcycle up their asses? Grow up and if your offended, there something called an off button. There also things called books. Read one.
Ad agencies are mostly made up of leftists, more intent on promoting some WOKE agenda, than in selling the product.
I think most viewers have the sense to avoid buying these pc-promoted products.
I hate how the verb "to need" in this sense has crept into our language in the last 30 to 40 years.
In most cases, it should be replaced with:
"In my humble opinion, which is based mostly upon personal preferences, and which is not founded upon actual law, someone should..."
