I was born in Brooklyn and raised there until I was seven when the family moved out to WA. I know Mel Brooks. People get uptight over the menusha of little things.
My Father was in the same Combat Engineer Group as Brooks.
Probably never met him.

NYC accents are not only borough by borough, section by section, but in some cases...block by block; not to mention that it's also by social strata,generational, and sometimes even influenced by where one has gone to school/college! It's a fascinating topic. :-)

Fortunately, she is far too uneducated and yes, STUPID, to even consider getting rid of ( i.e. killing off ) the actual heirs to the throne...who, thankfully, don't want anything at all to do with her.
