The creators of "The Simpsons" are trolling President Trump yet again. And this time, a bunch of Democratic presidential candidates are along for the ride with a parody of the song "America" from "West Side Story."
In a clip titled the "WEST WING STORY" posted on the show's social media account this week, the President starts by complaining about his many problems and the need for a distraction. Then he grabs a group photo of Democratic congresswomen Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ayanna Pressley, Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib -- and breaks into song.
Watch.
Pretty lame.
Would have been cooler if there was a Monorail with TRUMP emblazoned on the side in Gold.
This is for those of you who actually know about the Simpsons.
Bottom Line: These days nobody gets hired to write comedy in Hollywood unless you pass the Bruce Vilanch litmus test for being sufficiently steeped in LGBTQ Leftism.
Haven’t watched that crapfest since 2001.

I would seriously hope that last post was just being mocking of the show. Only an idiot has no idea what a show that has been on since Reagan was president is.
But like a lot of us, I haven’t watched it regularly since around 1999. A lot of old fans havent.
Since The Simpsons Movie (which was good), the TV show suffered.
The Movie took some delicious shots at the EPA.
Actually, I think the Simpsons premiered on the Tracy Ulman Show in the early 90’s after Reagan, but that doesn’t change your point. If you don’t know who the Simpson are today, you have been asleep for the last 25 years.
