Fox Entertainment chief Charlie Collier says Jussie Smollett won't be back on "Empire."
...Prosecutors dropped the charges against Smollett in March, but a special prosecutor could charge him again .
Asked why Fox had extended Smollett's contract through the sixth and last season despite his legal peril, Collier said the network wanted to properly assess the situation before making a decision about Smollett's future with "Empire."

It is something to ponder that if it wasn’t’t for hate hoaxes, there would be hardly any hate “crime” at all. OTOH, if the preponderance of violent crime committed by blacks upon whites and other non-blacks was categorized as hate crime in the same way as vice verse is, the public would be aware that there is an epidemic of hate crime committed by blacks upon whites and other non-blacks.
Almost all-as in almost 100%- of interracial rapes are black upon white/other. There are statistically NO rapes committed by other races upon blacks. Which makes me question, to say the least, the narrative of all those slave owners raping blacks slaves.
