The second amendment states "A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

This is an example where congress hands are tied and cannot pass laws for gun control. Get it?

You are clueless. I am not saying I am for universal health care but its not unconstitutional. Hell injustice Roberts called the ACA penalty a tax and found a loop hole.

The bigger issue is how clueless you are in how out congress works and how the USC works. This is scary.

Wow. You finally actually read some part of the Constitution.

This is an example where congress hands are tied and cannot pass laws for gun control.

You're funny. Absent Amendment 2, "gun control" would still be unconstitutional. Where is the Congress granted the authority to pass "gun control" laws? Nowhere, of course. You illustrate the reason that one faction at the Constitutional convention didn't want a "Bill of Rights". They were concerned that it would be viewed incorrectly as an exhaustive enumeration of the rights of the people. Here you are, more than 200 years later, committing that error hand having the insufferable gall to call other people "clueless" while doing so.

Your homework, boy, is to read the rest of the Constitution. Pay special attention to Article I Section 8, and to Amendments 9 and 10. You'll recall that I already quoted to you the full text of Amendment 10. You ignored it. You also fail to understand why Amendments 16 and 18 were necessary. If you ever wake up and understand that, you'll realize that you're utterly, catastrophically wrong about the intent of the Constitution.

You continue to blather and drivel about cluelessness, when in fact you have no clue yourself.

At this point, I think this conversation is pointless.

You're hideously wrong. You probably already know it. But you have way too much rhetoric invested in your wrongness to admit it. So you'll double down, call me clueless or something, and puke up more wrongness. It's really pathetic.

how out congress works and how the USC works

Just to drive home this particular point: I know full well how our alleged 'servants' in Congress, the Court, and the Oval Office "work". They defy the Constitution on a daily basis: they twist its meaning beyond recognition or simply ignore it altogether when convenient to do so.

Hell injustice Roberts called the ACA penalty a tax and found a loop hole.

No, he didn't "find a loophole". He perverted the text of the Constitution AND the text of the misnamed "Affordable Care Act". You're quite right to call him "Injustice" … his corrupt anti-constitutional blather is the opposite of justice.
