The photograph of RBG that the New York Times used in their report yesterday about RBG returning to the Supreme Court was actually taken last November. I've still seen no current photo. Too sick to have a picture taken of her? Where is she, actually?

Pretty big conspiracy now, what with Justice Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Roberts all joining the libs to stop Trump from getting another pick. I'm sure they're in on covering up the fake moon missions and hiding bigfoot too. Maybe the Russians are in on it!
The fact they had to use an old photo would seem to be telling. If she’s unable it to serve surely they won’t be able to keep the lid on it for 10 months . I’m sure they might try because you can bet if she leaves in 20 Mitch “in the interest of fairness” won’t let Trump Replace her.
Tuesday? The Supreme Court Calendar shows that Monday is a day for oral arguments.
I wonder if she will show up with a Inogen oxygen concentrator.

The venue had no mention of the event on their website prior to the “event” date ,, everything was added post event to support the story.

The photo was actually taken at an event on November 16, 2018 at the White House, awarding the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Justice Scalia received the award posthumously.
I searched around on the internet and found a similar photo taken at the same event.
Note the outfit Justice Ginsberg is wearing, and the dress worn by Justice Kavanaugh's wife, sitting behind Ginsberg. That is how we can tell when and where the photo was taken.
Maybe reading this post may clear things up about what has happened to her?.... : )

When I read the NYT article, I saw that the photo was credited to one Sarah Silbiger. I panicked! I know Sarah Silbiger, or at least I did, years ago. She was one of my daughter’s good friends in HS. The last time I saw her was about 5 years ago, and she still seemed to be the sweet young lady that I thought she was. Thankfully, I looked up my Sarah, and she is not a photojournalist. How awful to have the same name as someone else, who you may be confused with! I guess that can happen to any of us, depending on the commonality of your name.
Yes it’s obvious a Holiday photo. Wonder her and Roberts are plotting.
I haven't seen a photo of Clarence Thomas lately. Maybe he's dead. Hillary? Probably dead. Bill Clinton? Must be dead, right? By default everyone is dead unless a current photo is available.
But then we get into this dirty little secret. How does one absolutely know a photo is real and not fake generated? Given that uncertainty I guess we have to assume everyone is dead unless they are standing right in front of you.
