William F. Weld, the former two-term governor of Massachusetts, said Friday he is launching a presidential exploratory committee, taking a formal step to become the first Republican to directly challenge President Trump in the 2020 GOP primary.

What is it about former Massachusetts governors that want to run for President? Everyone remembers "Mittens", but how about this dude?
I can't wait to see what foolishness Weld pulls between now and about 3 months from now when he realizes that he will probably get about 7 votes in total.
