I tried to make another donation to the wall GOFUNDME and a pop up said they were having issues with there payment processor. So I tried to donate to my brothers campaign for his medical assistance after a bad auto accident, it went through. So what gives?

Hasn’t been much movement in the last week or so...............
GoFundMe has been hampering this effort from the beginning. The do not have build the wall listed in top fund raisers and now they are delaying when donations are made. Donations are coming in several a minute, but they as of today are showing it has been an hour since the last donation.
gofundme is pretty up front about things they don’t want appearing on their site. If they didn’t want wall funding there they’d just say “we won’t host this”.
And you know this how?
Some are saying there is doubt that these public funds could even be used for The Wall. I hope this question is cleared up soon. So many good citizens have already given money.
If a statement is made that the amount will be held in escrow for an undetermined length of time, get ready for a long wait.
I do wonder legally how this is going to be possible. I know you can give money to the Treasury, but as far as I know it’s not possible to give money to a specific government project. I can’t buy a helicopter for the Army.
Well, it has been holidays and all, so people may have been distracted.
Plus money is difficult this time of year...................

GFM might be having a momentary glitch.
Garbage, they are playing games here. Go try to make a donation, it wont let you. Then try any other fund raiser, goes right through. Plus they are not showing it in the top fundraiser list.
I remember there was a thread here on FR a few days ago, that seemed to indicate the funds CAN be used for the wall. Sorry I don’t have any other info.
Sounds like a business opportunity.
I've been noticing that, and "gofundme" interfering with efforts to contribute might have some role in that.

Because I have been watching it since it started. Sure it slowed compared to the first few days, but it is still bringing in several $100k a day. It has been active every few seconds since it started, suddenly the last donation is an hour old and it will not take any new donations. Try it for yourself.
