Flynn deserves a pardon. Total bs plea to save his son and money.

I hope the judge tosses the plea and the case.

Even the FBI agents involved didn’t believe Flynn had lied to them.

Isn’t part of this Flynn situation...that Flynn’s son is a possible target of the Mueller operation? The general agreed to part of this guilty deal to stop the investigation on the son?

I have a feeling Flynn’s case will be tossed next week (”Original 302s destroyed when McCabe left office”). Then Congress will have him testify before the Democrats take over. Hopefully Mark Warner will be IDed as the leaker to the press.

“...hope the judge tosses the plea and the case...”

...and the DOJ follows up with a prosecution of the fbi scum.

I SLIGHTLY disagree. Justice for Flynn would be a dismissal of the charges. No conviction and no pardon.

That Peter S. was one of the two lying FBI agents should be sufficient grounds to toss this case.

F’s attorneys document is pathetic. They are just rolling over.

Don’t think a pardon would be needed if the judge throws out the guilty plea and dismisses the case with prejudice.

THAT would be an awesome Xmas gift for the good Gen. Flynn and America.

I have a rather academic question:

Why would Mueller undermine his case against Flynn with such revelations in the sentencing memo?

It is my understanding that he had no requirement to do so...a very, very curious development from that perspective.

I have my fingers crossed here, this case might get thrown out.

This judge also has a history of calling out prosecutors for misbehaving. I’m hoping he is now on Mueller’s trail too...
