The XXI Amendment to the Constitution becomes effective. The XXI Amendment repeals the XVIII Amendment to the Constitution.

The end of the “Noble Experiment”

Like every other Progressive idea the unintended consequences were worse than the problem it was intended to solve and of course it did not solve the problem.

Funny how they thought it took a Constitutional amendment to outlaw a substance but now the Federal Government does this and more now .
