Companies have come under fire for using the word womxn instead of woman, after worrying the latter word excludes transgender people.
Feminists have argued that it is biological women who are being excluded by the newly popular word, and that no one calls men mxn.
The Wellcome Collection apologised on Wednesday after being criticised for using the word to describe women and non-gender-conforming people in promotional material for its new exhibition daylighting, a piece of artwork that explores the presence of womxn through their art, thinking and speculations.

With so many important problems in the world to worry about...
The Deranged against the Insane.
“Freaks” is easier to spell.
Don’t you wish you had that kind of free time?
Except if I had that time I wouldn’t use it for stupid $#!^ like that.
“Womxn” make up a ridiculously low number, whereas, “women” are the vast majority.
So, who is really being “excluded” in this special carve-out for trannies”?
Minorities don’t want “equal rights”, they want “special rights”, to the exclusion of all others.
Marketing to the one tenth of one percent?
LOLOLOLOL!!!
Love that!
[ Freaks is easier to spell. ]
Nothing against Freaks having the right to be a Freak, but Freaks should never dictate the norm... ever!
It is like picking the one goofball student in class and setting the grading standard for everyone else based off the ONE goofball. And if they are really good in English but suck at math, well sucks if you are good at math.
Hahahahahahahaha!!!!!!
Women. Womyn. Womxn. Wxmxn.
These people should go to Ethopia, where the main thing on the minds of the people is how they will get their next meal.
These people have been spoiled by all the benefits they enjoy in this country, and have nothing more important on their “minds” than the letters used when writing words.
This is a definite sign that they are not in contact with reality, and can be declared insane.
Just how are we supposed to pronounce those new words? Is X a vowel now?
Can the world sit down and finally decide for what % of the population we change all societys norms?
For example, at least 10% of the population needs mobility help, from walkers to strollers to wheelchairs. I am ok with taxpayers making streetlights and sidewalks/curbs more accessible for all of them. It doesnt affect the rest of us enough.
But if only 1% are transgenders and we have to change our language in very basic ways, how is that fair?
It’s my new tagline.
You could just use the abbreviation Frk. Can’t be easier than that.
Note to self: Never invite a gender-confused liberal to play Scrabble.
If I had a piece of bread for every gender there is, Id have enough to make one sandwich.
