She was treating it like a courtroom setting. Not awesome for this purpose. But on the other hand she was trying to get to facts whereas the dems were mostly pontificating and obfuscating and wanting more investigation. Dem goal is to delay past the election. Message to all of us is get out the vote. We need 60 republican senators.

Given a vast array of evidence, I consider that perspective to be super extremely unlikely to the point of impossible. It is certainly far far away from Ocham’s razor.
Lindsey Graham is on fire on Fox Business. He gave a very good summary in defense of Kavanaugh. Whatever happened to him before, and whatever brought him back to the Lindsey I liked during impeachment, I am happy about it.

Who it helps has yet to be seen. Republicans are livid. But they are livid at idiots like Grassley and disgusted by evil terrorists like Feinstein. Whether they reward the idiots or stay home, we don’t know yet. If Kavanaugh is confirmed, Republicans will hopefully remember this circus and turn out to vote more Republicans in. But if Kavanaugh is left to twist, and defeated, then the disgust is likely to depress voting tremendously. That’s just my intuition on it; we won’t know til November.

Personally I think is pretty much the opposite of what he wrote. I do not think you will care about 99% in those sealed indictments.....you will not know them and they are spread out all over the US. The ones you do care about are probably the ones that get dealt deals and accidents. But the is my speculation.

The Dems keep want an FBI investigation. Yes, I understand it would delay, stall, everything, and be fodder for the midterms, but there seems to be some underlying reason. Something to do with HilLiary perhaps?

They can’t have an FBI investigation. Kavanaugh was thoroughly investigated more than once alreayd with numerous interviews with everyone who knew him including who knows how many high schools classmates.
