What about Sundaland?

This was the land that was above ground during the ice age because the sea level was supposed to be 300 feet lower than today.

Some argue it was the source of many agricultural plants and the place the mythical Atlantis was from.

Not quite. What is required is a food supply steady enough to support 100+ people (likely 5+ families) in one location for the entire year. A nomadic route with fewer than 6 camps that would be completed in a year might also work. The number of places in the world that meet that requirement without agriculture and pastoralism are very few. I believe that as a practical matter supporting more than about 300 people in one location requires a method to store and transport foods, along with foods that store and transport relatively easily.
