Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Pop-Up Restaurant Opens In Los Angeles

Starting on September 18, a Flamin’ Hot Cheetos-themed restaurant will be opening in Hollywood for three nights only. The Flamin’ Hot Spot will be serving a three-course menu, featuring ten Cheetos-inspired dishes created by celebrity chef Roy Choi — the mastermind behind Kogi BBQ.

The dishes, which range in price from $11 to $35, will include appetizers, entrees and desserts. People can try a variety of Cheeto dishes, including Flamin’ Hot Chipotle Ranch Wings, a Hot Cheetos Burrito, Chester Cheetah’s Cheetos Churros or even a Hot Chocolate...

The late Anrhony Bourdain devoted his 2nd episode of ‘Parrs Unknown’ to Koreatown, Los Angeles. And Roy Choi featured heavily.

I have yet to try Kogi truck and don’t like hot cheetos..but I have been to LocoL in Watts (which just shut down unfortunately.) and the Line - which is doing very well.

Anything on that menu that’s not guaranteed to cause heartburn? Or that too a prized feature of the ambiance?

i can’t believe some supposed mastermind chef would put his name on dishes made with junk food - death to the body food. all for making a buck I guess.
