Starting on September 18, a Flamin Hot Cheetos-themed restaurant will be opening in Hollywood for three nights only. The Flamin Hot Spot will be serving a three-course menu, featuring ten Cheetos-inspired dishes created by celebrity chef Roy Choi the mastermind behind Kogi BBQ.

The late Anrhony Bourdain devoted his 2nd episode of ‘Parrs Unknown’ to Koreatown, Los Angeles. And Roy Choi featured heavily.
I have yet to try Kogi truck and don’t like hot cheetos..but I have been to LocoL in Watts (which just shut down unfortunately.) and the Line - which is doing very well.

Anything on that menu that’s not guaranteed to cause heartburn? Or that too a prized feature of the ambiance?
i can’t believe some supposed mastermind chef would put his name on dishes made with junk food - death to the body food. all for making a buck I guess.
