I had read that the Watergate Break In had to do with Operation 40. That was the black ops teams of CIA, Mafia, and Cuban Refugees that were trained assassination teams.
Nixon had authorized that set up-when he thought he would win the 1960 election, and some big money guy footed the bill on his say so.
The head of the DNC, had ties to the legal firm whose boss likely gave the go ahead to kill JFK. The CIA wanted to make sure whether or not the DNC head knew of Nixon’s involvement.
This theory still has Nixon as likely in the dark about the break in, but of course involved in the coverup. As many have observed, there was no need to bug the DNC, unless there was some dirty secret, because Nixon had the election in the bag otherwise.
Can you believe how criminal they made an attempt to bug an office, compared to the enormous scale of illegal surveillance that they did this time to DJT which they are trying to sell as protection of the country?

The article you referenced conflates the investigation with prosecution. Huber and Horrowitz can conduct investigations as to crimes committed outside Huber’s jurisdiction. However, they cannot prosecute anyone.
6th ammendment:
” In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law...(etc.)
“which district shall have been previously ascertained by law” means you can’t simply extend someone’s jurisdiction after a crime was committed.
It is very clear.
You are assuming these traitors to our country, still have their Constitutional rights. Traitors deserve NONE!

That's probably deep state wishful thinking there. One thing I've noticed is it is the same fake conservatives spreading discourse on the Q and anti-Q threads, over and over again. In this stage of the deep state war, this is NOT a coincidence, it's desperation. You really should change your username to Basket_of_Desperation, LOL.
One observation is, while many FReepers may not follow Q, they don't discount something might be there. One other nice surprise is seeing the lurkers on this thread defending Q on the other Q threads on the main board. They do an excellent job of defending against you and other troll's discourse.
Like one FReeper pointed out earlier in this thread, there are people here who spread disinformation either out of ignorance, or it is on purpose. I'll leave it to the board members to figure out which one you are.

A few months ago I read a blogger’s assertion that Hillary Clinton illegally obtained security clearance almost immediately after she became First Lady. I never checked it out but given her absence of any sort of condcience and her devotion to blackmailing people, I think it was probably true.
It would probably be just as well if I assume that she was, at any given time in her life, committing one or more crimes unless otherwise stated/proven.
