Monday morning, news broke that former WWF tag team champion Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart has died. He was 63 years old. WWE.com confirmed the news.
"It is with a sad heart, that I share with you the passing of a long time friend and colleague, Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart. I used to love Bret Hart and The Anvil. What a tag team they were. Very entertaining.
Per TMZ, slipped at home, fell and hit his head.
Bret Hart is the only one left..so much tragedy to hit this family..losing Owen the way they did and now this..very sad..Jim faced a lot of demons in his life but this death is still very shocking. Condolences to the Hart family
I remember hearing his show name (Anvil) more than what he looked like. If he died from a fall at home, that must have been quite a fall, or he may already have been ill from something.
Pro wrestlers and longevity of life dont mix it seems.
These guys who are incredible specimens all seem to die so young.
Sadly, we all know it is from steroids.
I have b=recently fund and enjoying the heck out of the HBO series “Ballers” with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. I really do hope his physique is just hard work and heredity.
Hulk Hogan seems to be doing OK so hopefully the later generation of wrestlers an athletes learned to stay away from that stuff.

The old WWF was extremely entertaining when I was a kid.
I remember when the barnstorming wrestlers once came to my small town in northern Michigan and they set up their ring in the school gym. Got a kick out of the midget wrestlers.......Back then I thought it was all real.
Ever seen Dwayne The Rock Johnson pictured with a hot woman? LOL
