Yes, Trump got "only" 46% of the popular vote But Clinton got even less in 1992, only 43%.

And no one ever said he was "illegitimate" because of it, in fact no one even talked about it. DOUBLE STANDARD.

In both cases it really is a non-issues, because the Electoral College is what counts, and Trump's victory there wasn't particularly close. (307 EVs) And neither was Clinton's (370 EVs). And thats just how we elect the President in These United States!

I have never understood the entire anon issue with SES. Senior Executive Service (SES) is a legitimate rank for very senior civilians. There are also rank structures within SES, depending on the position of authority.

Cabinet Secretaries are another matter. Would people care to know that President Trump's chief of staff, Gen (ret) Kelly holds SES rank?

President Trump has other SES ranked individuals working directly for him. I worked for SES executives in the Pentagon, one who was a retired full Colonel, fighter pilot, and Purple Heart recipient.

Perhaps people are not understanding the term.

Are there Obama holdovers at that rank. Sure.

Are there Trump people at that rank? Absolutely.

Trump would not yank clearances for "SES peeps", but perhaps for certain individuals. But even then, I don't see how that would work. You either fire them, or you do not. They can't continue in their job without the security clearance.

People who leave government service, like the snake Brennan, still retain clearances - and Q spoke about this, and the connection to 5 Eyes to cover up any record of access to classified information.

Omarosa Manigault: (#1856) Director of Communications for the Office of Public Liaison in the White House during the Trump administration. Omarosa was brought to the White House staff by President Trump due to his positive experiences with her in her three appearances on his Apprentice reality TV series. After serving a year in the White House, White House Chief of Staff General John F. Kelly (ret.), along with the attendance of several White House staffers including attorneys and representative from the Human Resources Department, fired Omarosa in a closed door confidential meeting in the White House Situation Room on December 12, 2017. She was forcibly removed from the White House grounds. The reasons given were misuse of official vehicles, money issues, and “integrity issues” thats could have “legal consequences” for Omarosa is she doesn’t accept a peaceful separation. She did. Q specifically states the “integrity issues are LEAKS!
After leaving the White House Omarosa returned to Reality TV, appearing on Celebrity Big Brother. She also spent the last few months writing (ghost written) a tell all book entitled “Unhinged,” accusing President Donald Trump of running a essentially a chaotic, incompetent, irrational, and racist administration. She also at various time claimed to have heard, heard of, then again heard, or heard rumors of an infamous recording from ten years in the past in which then TV star Trump used the word “nigger” when referring to Black persons. She then claimed the specific others listened to the recording with her. These “others” have publicly refuted her claims stating they’ve heard no such recording. It should be noted that Omarosa has been shown to have falsely accused others in the past of using the same slur to aggrandize herself.
It is ironic that we know the contents of her White House firing conversation because Omarosa demonstrated her lack of integrity by illegally bringing a recording device into a Secure Compartmentalized Information Facility (SCIF) and secretly recording that meeting without permission: ”Omarosa secretly recorded John Kelly firing her in the SITUATION ROOM”—UK Daily Mail. It is obvious from listening to her recording that it was already recording as she entered the SCIF, raising the question “How many other confidential meeting/conversations did Omarosa record and leak and to whom?” It is interesting to note that much of the White House leaking stopped when Omarosa left. Peter Strzok, PS: (#247, #1288) Former Deputy Assistant Director of the Counterintelligence Division, later transferred to Human Resources after discovery of his texting of disparaging remarks about candidate and then later president Donald Trump to his FBI employee mistress Lisa Page when he was investigating Trump using his FBI issued cellular phone. Strzok was finally fired on August 13, 2018 for using that FBI issued phone for non-official purposes. Strzokt was also a member of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia/Trump Probe. He participated in an illicit affair with Lisa Page, and may be behind everything at the FBI, as he was the agent who questioned both Hillary and Flynn, and was also involved in U1 investigation, etc. (#1288) Per Q: now a cooperating witness. Rainn Wilson: (#1860, #1861) American Actor, writer, comedian, director, businessman, and producer. The Q drops have to do with Wilson’s Tweets from seven to nine years ago on unspeakable things referencing cannibalism of human babies. Some were presented as short, juvenile jokes, some perhaps purely for shock value, but others were not. (What causes people to post such things on a public forum, especially with their name attached to it?—Swordmaker) Wilson’s most noted role was as Dwight Schrute on the American version of the television comedy The Office, for which he earned three consecutive Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series. Bill Paxon: (#1849) Leon William “Bill” Paxon is a five term (1989 to 1999) former Republican Congressman representing Buffalo, N.Y., and now lobbyist who is married to former Republican Congresswoman Susan Molinari who represented Staten Island, New York during the same Congressional sessions as he. Paxon held Republlcan leadership positions, was elected to chair the National Republican Congressional Committee in Congress in 1992, and ran for Speaker of the House in 1997. John Dowd: (#1849) Jahn Maguire Dowd (77) is an attorney who had been a United States Attorney and also a Marine Corps Judge Advocate General. Dowd has been employed by several Washington, D.C. law firms due to his expertise in white collar crime defense. He has also been a special counsel for Major League Baseball, most notable in the Pete Rose banishment case. Until March 22, 2018, Dowd was the lead defense attorney for President Donald Trump in the Mueller Russia probe. Q links to an article in Drop #1849 from Business Insider with the misleading headline of ”Former Trump attorney John Dowd called Mueller 'terrific' after quitting Trump's legal team”. The article however says that Dowd actually said that his relationship and discussions with Mueller were “terrific” not that Mueller himself was “terrific” as the headline implies. Lisa Shields: (#1849) Lisa Shields, described since 2011 as a “girlfriend of now former Alphabet/Google CEO/Chairman Eric Schmidt, who is married, is has been and is Vice President, Global Communications and Media Relations for the Council of Foreign Relations since 2003 where she oversees marketing strategy and messaging for all CFR content, including publications, its website, CFR.org, as well as the organization’s magazine, Foreign Affairs, its editor Gideon Rose, and ForeignAffairs.com.. Melissa Laurenza: (#1849) Melissa L. Laurenza’s practice concentrates on federal and state campaign law, lobbyist registration provisions, gift laws, pay-to-play restrictions, and securities laws regulating political activity as a partner at the law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. In March of 2012, Molinari sold her client list to accept a position with Google (now Alphabet) as the company’s Vice-president of Public Policy and Government Relations for the Americas. She manages the company’s policy advocacy and government outreach in North and South America from Google’s Washington, D.C. office. I don’t think it’s click bait. The article is dated today saying the June efforts were insufficient to clean off hackerware from router. I think the person quoted in the article has some credibility as NSA/Cyber security (current).

SES is pretty much just a pay scale for top bureaucrats and appointees like GS is for most Fed employees. All Cabinet members are SES. Bloggers who didn’t know it was there started making up stuff about it when they discovered SES.

I believe the President can fire any member of the SES but can’t fire GS employees.

He can’t fire them but apparent provision in the Omnibus allowed for salaries to be lowered to $1 ;)
