Why Chicago Mayor, Rahm Emanuel has refused overture after overture by POTUS, Donald J. Trump to willingly send federal law enforcement into the murder, mayhem, out-of-control crime, murder ridden city of Chicago, Illinois.
In his eight years as POTUS, Obama did "zilch, zero. nothing, da nada" to address and correct the problem that so plagued so many African-American citizens and their frightened families. SAD!!! Go figure!!!
