In context, it almost looks like a ratio like " 5 to 5", so it could be 5 and 5, like two hands, i.e. hand-to-hand combat? It seems like the 5:5 is related to a threat, "As the World Turns", etc...

We’ve gathered all of the first round of books. There’s still more to grab, as many UserID’s point to more than one book.
We’re also working to correlate the books with the original Q posts they came from, as well as by the HEX color the UserID converts to.
Q has referenced many Hebrew texts. Here’s a link to a site that will define the characters given. Copy and paste the character in, and it’ll tell you it’s definition and origin.
Hebrew is a pictorial language, sorta like Hieroglyphics, but even more rudimentary. They didn’t have numbers, so they used the same symbols for letters. The position in their alphabet held it’s value. Every character has multiple meanings and a story as to how it was created.
For instance Vau is the 6th letter of their alphabet, makes the sound of our W and represents a hook, a spear, or a nail. 3 w’s in a row…hmm, where have we seen that? What value would 3 vau’s have in Hebrew? Written on it’s own, it meant to drive something into, hook them in, much like fishing, without their knowledge. When strung together with other symbols, it takes on additional meanings.
There’s a new tab on the spreadsheet to log our findings. A Strong’s Concordance could also come in handy as well. Any pastor’s or bible college students would love a project like this.

So I think he is just saying the message was loud and clear.

And she had her Q shirt made - made by whom, and for what purpose? Obviously, she wouldn't want the poison on herself, but she'd want to get it on the President (this is assuming that she sought to assassinate him, which is far from proven). A method of doing so might be a shirt designed specifically to shield her (or she could be wearing something under it) and also designed to release the agent upon pressure against the front of the shirt.
In essence, her shirt could serve as a container/delivery tool.
