As I understand this, there are two incidents. One in Hawaii, one in Washington.
The one in Hawaii was a ?false? missile alert that allowed NSA records to be transferred stateside. I believe POTUS as in the air and landed in Hawaii.
The second one was missile launch after POTUS arrived in Singapore, possibly an attempt to start a war.
