The White House has posted a tweet praising economic growth in the "United Sates" - misspelling the name of the country it serves.
The image, tweeted on Friday, was up for hours before it was finally deleted.
But screenshots of the mishap remain - and join a growing archive of shocking and implausible spelling errors broadcast by the highest office in US politics.
We've counted down a few of the most facepalm-worthy errors by the Trump administration so far - not forgetting the president himself.

The word is the Trump hired actors to fake this documentary...nope, Sky News again. (love the you tube comments)
OMG! Thank you Sky News for picking up that world changing error!
( sarc off)
Yeah, but Trump didn't text that - his professional communications staff did.
In fact, they even created a special graphic with the misspelled word in it.
He isn't being well served by such sloppy work.
Well, maybe President Trump really WAS talking about the “United Sates”, a place where people have just too much of everything.
When Donald J. Trump gets freewheeling, it is a sight to behold, and rivals any force of nature. The Donald does not disappoint.
Most are not even spelling errors as much as typos. I have a lot of issues when I type on my phone. I didn’t learn to type on a 2”-3” keyboard.
It’s over for Trump.
FU Sky News. (whoever u are)
Maybe we should all go back to Canterbury Tales orthography, which was in many ways more phonetic than modern English. Not that anything would satisfy the left.
Probably not a peep out of them if anything out of Number Ten had a typo on it.
Should have used a speelchecker.
Slow day at Sky News where people who don’t have a life go to die.
United Sates?
IMPEECH THE SOB NOW!

Oh noes! I dont like him anymore!
Damn, this Trump guy sucks!
I should be president, because I don’t ever tpyo.
But notice Trump's spelling errors are referred to as a growing archive of "shocking and implausible" spelling errors from the highest office in US politics?
Everyone else makes typos but Trump's omitted "t" is the end of the free world as we know it.
Call in the medics! I mean the corpsmen! Quick! Stop the bleeding!
Seriesly?
The 57 Sates of the Union?
It’s not always sloppy work. Sometimes your brain completes the misspelled word, esp. if you are just quickly scanning. It’s like those graphics you see where there are no vowels, or letters are transposed, or it’s backwards or upside down and you can still read it easily.
My husband’s company recently put out a pamphlet - the big font heading on one page was supposed to be “Frequently Asked Questions” but it was actually “Frequently Ased Questions” (thank goodness it wasn’t “Assed”). Dozens of people looked this over before approving it, and no one caught it for at least 2 months until someone at the printing co. called about it and it was corrected. LOTS of pamphlets went out with the error .... Funny thing is - No one who was sent the pamphlet reported the error either.
there could be a few reasons.
1. To tweak the MSM’s and cause another panic.
2. To send someone a message - more likely
3. an actual typo - don’t think so
Big freakin’ deal!
Do you know how many times I post something here, then look back to see I misspelled a word or screwed up something grammatically?
And I wrote a book for God’s sake!
