Take a look at the image display I linked to. There actually are several taken of him with a slightly turned head which shows a thinning or hair line similar to the very blurred image Q treated us to!
Are there other distinguishing features we can look at? Is the height right?
In this photo array there are some pix of Obama with ES. Perhaps we can suss out his height and compare to landmarks/trig of the Q photo?

I’m inclined to agree with you.
As for the Prince William theory, I find it hard to believe that he would be walking across a street in HK all alone with no security detail or entourage near him. (Or did I misunderstand and people were just kidding about that? There is a resemblance.)
