I’m inclined to agree with you.
As for the Prince William theory, I find it hard to believe that he would be walking across a street in HK all alone with no security detail or entourage near him. (Or did I misunderstand and people were just kidding about that? There is a resemblance.)

I want to know WHO took that pic & how did they know
to be at that spot to take that pic at that time!
If someone could zoom in on his watch and get a make, maybe they could see if there are other pics of him wearing this same watch.
The facial side view is remarkably similar to W.
Still, I don’t think it’s really him.....
