Female crime vics who are women of color are more likely to be victimized by perps who are the same color. Not calling the cops on these perps makes it more likely the perps will be around to victimize women of color.

That doesn’t happen to any significant degree. I did call the police this past week on a young black male who rang my doorbell and then jumped over the porch rail and disappeared.

No. I don’t discuss racial stuff with any of my friends no matter what color they are. So that would just be weird.
