Female crime vics who are women of color are more likely to be victimized by perps who are the same color. Not calling the cops on these perps makes it more likely the perps will be around to victimize women of color.
How in Hades does not calling the cops help women of color!?!

To penalize and punish black criminals is to make the black community far safer than it currently is.
