By the way, didn’t Mr. Wynn deny the allegations? Shouldn’t the plaintiff produce something more substantial than an accusation or bring up corroborating evidence?

It would seem so.

In this day and age, if you are accused, you are guilty, period. There is a presumption of guilt and, largely because it devolves into a "she said, she said" argument, there's practically no way to prove otherwise.
