By the way, didn’t Mr. Wynn deny the allegations? Shouldn’t the plaintiff produce something more substantial than an accusation or bring up corroborating evidence?

There is a presumption of guilt and, largely because it devolves into a "she said, she said" argument, there's practically no way to prove otherwise.
