98 forever through Foley and Pensacola and Navarre to Destin...
Two lane most it especially tween Hattiesburg and Semmes Alabama with grotesque timber truck wrecks
Worth it all for snapper and lemon fish and mackerel etc
Everything paved with white shell then
Florida coastline in entirety is almost gobbled up

They tore down the Holiday Inn a few years ago, the big round building and everything, the lot is still empty and it’s prime real estate. Not sure why it hasn’t been rebuilt...................
