Why you ask?
When I was a kid if Mom or Dad said "No" in the grocery store there was no screaming or crying and if you did you got your butt busted right then and there or later but you know it was coming. Kids knew better. No meant NO. Not these spoiled brat snowflakes.

I know from personal experience they let their kids run wild. They might rape them but they don’t spank them.

Back in the day I would get a crack if I pulled the store crying routine.
But my Marine/NYPD father would have cracked the skull open of a stranger in a store who took it upon himself to do his job for him.
He did give permission to the teachers in the parochial school I attended if to use corporal punishment on me. If he found out I was hit by the teacher…he would give it to me again for being disrespectful of the teacher.
The child was only two years old.

First temper tantrum I ever saw in a store was the SEARS store in Tulsa, Oklahoma back in 1971. the kid, about 4 years old, threw a fit then laid down on the floor at the top of the escalator, refusing to move.
The second temper tantrum I saw was in The same store, a 16 year OLD kid bawling because his mom was taking her time shopping. I still remember his whinny words...”AW MOM, I’VE GOT A DATE! YOU NEVER THINK OF ME!”
It is safe to assume that some goat humping muzzie can take offense at your teenage daughters clothing being too revealing and them hauling off and beating, stoning, acid spraying them for you as you stand there and nod approvingly.
Personally, I’d like to know why the father gave the intruder enough time to spank his kid 3 times on the backside? Adults do not touch kids that aren’t theirs. The dad should have takenthe kid away immediately......and then called the cops.
