Personally, I’d like to know why the father gave the intruder enough time to spank his kid 3 times on the backside? Adults do not touch kids that aren’t theirs. The dad should have takenthe kid away immediately......and then called the cops.

In a very small town where everyone knows everyone and even small kids know neighbor town folk personally, a non-parent might be able to pull off such a spanking. An anonymous person cannot pull it off without repercussions.
I remember being spanked once by a neighbor, along with a playmate, while at that neighbors house. When it was reported to my mom she commented that it must have been my fault; the neighbor would not have done it if I didn’t deserve it.
