Thanks for posting. I enjoyed the commercial and the Jurassic franchises. I remember reading Jurassic Park years ago thinking this would make a great movie.

I'm thinking of selling my Jeep though but I don't really need it any more.

Jeep seats lined with T-Rex skin would have been a nice finish.

Of course during the Jurassic period you didn't have to worry about encountering a Tyrannosaurus Rex, since the tyrannosaurs had not developed yet. They flourished during the Cretaceous period.

But the Jurassic period did have the Allosaurus, which would have been just as scary. And try finding a mechanic to work on a Wrangler in either period.

My Rubicon will have to have that Jurassic Jeep logo somewhere on it now. Just watched all the movies this past weekend with all the snow hitting.

As owner of 2000 Wrangler, I thought the Jeep commercial with the Rubicon going though the river, up rock hill was the best of the night.

I hate to see off road vehicles crashing through streams. This does damage unnecessarily to so much of the marine environment.

It’s pointless, really.

I’d like to see the Chief come back like it was in the late 70s.

Most days I pass one on a country highway heading home.

Each time I see the big ride, I feel a bit more motivated to get on the Blazer and CJs projects.

I was thinking the same thing. You are not doing that in MA. The environmental police would track you down.

As a younger man, I was manager of a surface coal mine. We had three draglines and one piece that we mined with Cat scrapers.
We operated around streams all the time.

It was imperative that we not desturb waterways. The Feds would have shut us down, and for good reason.
I’ve never forgotten why this rule was part of the Federal surface mine law, most of which I agreed with.

The farmland we stripped and reclaimed was actually improved by our terracing and collecting and redistributing eroded topsoil. The cricks were accommodated and preserved.

LOL oh, no, not this control freak of a chick. I still turn to look at the blind spots. I would like bigger mirrors for when I tow huge u-haul trailers though. I’ll have to put that on my list of upgrades. need a better alternator, too.
