These are the exact sorts of Hawaii democrat employees that worked so hard to prevent anyone seeing Hussein”s alleged birth certificate.
Very strange.......based on the above, it sounds like it may have been a planned move rather than an accident......
If it was just an accident there wouldn’t be any issues with cooperation.
Jail cell!!!
They must start treating this as an intentional, criminal act.
Say what you want, but the guy made a very wise decision. If you don’t talk, you don’t need to hire an attorney. Even if it was an innocent mistake, he has nothing to gain by talking to anyone unless he gets total immunity.
I’d do the same thing.

That employee needs a vacation at Gitmo.
Told ya it was sabotage. Also said either Chinese or Korean. Looks to be Chinese.
Repeat after me “I do not answer questions from law enforcement or agents of the state without the presence of my attorney.”
The actions at this time of the “employee” in question confirm to me my original opinion due to fail-safes that are customarily built into procedures under such circumstances this “employee” purposely touched off the event for whatever reason. Perhaps to satisfy some psychosis.
This was planned. And why did the Governor take nearly 40 minutes to respond that it was a mistake?
The State has no means of detecting or verifying a missile attack and would have to rely on the US military for such information. So why does the state have the authority to independently issue such an alert and then gives that responsibility to an idiot?
According to one anonymous source the only thing the ‘button pusher’ has said to FCC the investigators is “I am Groot”. No word on what this cryptic statement means yet...
