STILLWATER -- The Stillwater Humane Society is looking for the person responsible for dumping a litter of puppies in the cold, resulting in the death of three.
The puppies, desperate for warmth, were found abandoned in a container outside in freezing temperatures. Many tragically did not make it.
There are five survivors out of eight, who are unaware of everything theyve been through.
Its a shame and you wonder how could anybody do that, Savannah Kilby, an animal welfare officer said.

Or both.
What kind of a demented a$$hole would do something like this? There is no excuse for not taking the puppies to the animal shelter if they could not take care of them.
Pure, unadulterated evil, with no regard for God’s creatures-anyone who would this to helpless pet animals would likely do it to a human, too...
A person who would do this to puppies would also do the same for a human, young or old !!!!
Name the survivors :
Ghost, Nymeria, Summer, Shaggydog, Grey Wind, and Lady
It is Stillwater Oklahoma. Home of the OSU Aggies. We sooners just call them “dumb aggies.” Apparently for good reason.
I used to live next to a state gamelands. Every year the day before Thanksgiving I’d find some animal dumped there. One year it was a couple of puppies one of which was trying bravely to defend his sister.
The people who do this are low IQ, lazy, POS.
That remark was not meant to offend those with Trisomy 21. Sorry I was so upset over this story forgot to put the disclaimer.
Heartless. I hope they find this person and tie them to a tree in a snowstorm, and leave.

Really? How was that determined?
Some people just need to be taken out and shot.
We decided to name them after frozen characters, Kilby said.
Anna, Kristoff, Olaf, Hans, and of course, Elsa.
I’m guessing that it is Minnesota - on the St. Croix River, border with Wisconsin.
I have no idea on what a dog is “aware” of or not with regard to memory. Obviously they knew they were cold and it hurt - but I doubt they will be afraid of the cold later on in life.

The same kind of people that will go out of their way to run over a turtle crossing the road.
While reading this story, however, my new little runt kitten was setting in my lap.
We got her as one of two survivors of an abandoned litter of newborns.
Some people just need killing.
How was that determined?

At their 5 year anniversary they will be interviewed by Dr. Phil on how they did or did not overcome their trauma.
Which ones had offspring, which ones had a gender change, and which ones are hooked on catnip.
I once accidently ran over a turtle (black shell on black asphalt). Even though I’m pretty sure there is little I could have done to avoid hitting it, I still felt guilty about it for several days. They’re so helpless when they’re trying to cross the road.
I’m betting it was through extensive interviews while under hypnosis...
