The narrator of this video claims, with multiple examples which he says back up his claims, that Joe Biden is attracted to children.

I'm not sure what to make of this. I can't tell if the videos support the narrator's claims, or if the narrator is just being paranoid.

If anyone here has any opinions on this, please comment.
