That was the correct solution for Yugoslavia. And it was the correct solution for the old Soviet Union. But I don’t see it working here. Too many people are too determined to try to fit round pegs into square holes.

And who knows? Maybe racial unity can occur after all. Ronald Reagan was an incredible president. He had the wisdom - and the wit - needed to get most people onto the same page.

Suppose the next president is a Reagan type. And suppose the one after him is also a Reagan type. Then there is hope.

I am very pro-police, having spent 38 years as an MP and civilian LEO.

But I cannot see how or why the police of any municipality (or any damned governmental agency, for that matter) has the authority or the duty, or even THINKS they have the authority or duty, to tell a private citizen what may or may not be "racially offensive", today, in the United States of America.

I have a sticker in the window of my truck...it's "Calvin", urinating on a likeness of obama.

I've had more than one person demand I remove it and apologize.

It really means nothing to me in a racial sense, just a joke, like the toilet paper roll I have with obama's likeness, the pooper-scooper with his likeness with the jaws being oversized as the "scoopers", and a few other political items that are guaranteed to give a liberal SJW/BLM activist an apoplectic fit.
