If not guns, what about human trafficking — sex trade from Indonesia etc

We were talking about the gun-runner hypothesis last night. Someone had speculated this was a gun deal gone bad. My thought was, if you were transferring an arsenal of high powered weapons and ammunition, would you do it from a 32nd floor hotel room? Requiring carrying all that stuff upstairs and then carrying it all back down? I think we can cross that theory off the list.

I don't really believe the whole 'gun running' theory, but I don't see why being on the 32nd floor would have anything to do with it. You take the luggage dolly down to your car, you load it, go to the elevator, and press a floor - what does it matter what floor you get off on, the elevator is doing the work. Also, being in a suite offers a lot more privacy, it's less suspicious taking lots of luggage, and they typically are located on higher floors, with better views. IF I wanted privacy for some illicit activity, I would probably want a suite, and it would probably be on a higher floor.

My theory- It was an assassination hit on an individual- He sprayed the crowd so as not to miss him and to use it as a mass murder cover. Check all the individuals at the first concert event and the second one- I`ll bet you`ll find a name there that rings a bell in D.C.
Assassination by crowd cover.

You’re not going to be able to do that effectively at that range with a red dot.

My personal guess is that he was a rich, entitled, “smart guy” who was reaching the end of his health and decided he wanted to make a name for himself and go out in a blaze of glory, real life James Bond, etc.

And while he was at it, why not take a bunch of deplorables with him?

Problem is, real life isn’t James Bond, and he didn’t have a jet pack to make his escape with.

Perhaps ISIS hired him for a terrorist attack.

Paid him the $100k in advance, the rest to come after the fact. Planned his escape to Philippines with girlfriend.

Did the deed. ISIS moved in and offed him before he could escape.

Re: the 32nd floor and guns

Every year for the last 5 I’ve attended the national Field Target match and gone with associates into hotels with the luggage dolly filled to the top with rifle cases and equipment cases/dope bags. Nobody ever really even gives it a second thought.

At this stage, we could put a million monkeys at typewriters and a few thousand of them might come up with possible answers - maybe we should add some of the investigators to the steno pool to see if they come up with anything.

So far, everything about this deal is an anomaly and one must wonder how much truth will come out an dhow much will be buried.

Should we not consider the possibility that it really was an ISIS terrorist attack? The frightening part of that is that they recruited an old white guy who would not be profiled as a terrorist. Why were the authorities so quick to deny any link before doing an investigation?

I’m fairly convinced paddock wasn’t the only shooter.

A possibility is the deep state went to work trying to figure out the one issue they think they can best use to separate Trump from his base, and they came up with gun control.

In this scenario, the thinking would be that Trump could be swayed on gun control in response to something horrible like the Las Vegas massacre. And that if he goes against his campaign promises on gun control, then his base will abandon him and they can impeach.

Just speculating. Who knows.

Of course, this would depend on a Paddock-deep state alliance.

If so, they misjudged.
