With so many being exposed to antibiotics and 1 in 4 births by Cesarean the disruption of normal gut bacteria may explain some of the increase in the percentages of people who obese. Obesity is not only a problem in America but is rising in other countries as well.

Hopefully, noninvasive measures will soon be found to restore those with abnormal gut bacteria to a more healthful balance of “good” bacteria.

The newest procedure is completely non invasive.

They put you under light sedation (like when you get a Colonoscopy) and they insert a Gastric Balloon down your Esophagus into your Stomach and inflate it.

Easily reversible if you have any discomfort. After you lose a certain amount of weight, they deflate the Balloon and remove it.

I wouldn’t call her petite! She looks like she weighs 330lbs.. Time for Nutri-systems ..At one time I weighed 265 lbs and was 5’7”. I went on a diet and lost 95 lbs in 3 months..
