Waiting for the wastering down of physical requirements in 1...2...
Ooooo. Those evil partriarchical males made her fail. Not her incompetence and insistence on trying out to “prove” that women are just as good as men.
They are, but on average, men are better than women at feats of physical strength. Note the “on average” so don’t get your knickers in a snit, girls.
“a triathlete who finishes races in the top 10-20% overall.”

My daughter——and HER daughter, but they would not be interested in the military.
.
Ring that bell.
How did she last so long?
1st Woman In, 1st Woman Out. A trailblazer!
I worked with a retired Ranger, he went on to instruct PT at Federal LE Training Glencoe, GA. He laughed about the young trainees thinking their PT was going to be easy because an “old guy” was their instructor. The joke was on them, he was not the average old guy.
A woman dropped out of BUDs training? Inconceivable! :-)
If you have 1 female and she drops out then the dropout rate is 100%. If 50 out of 100 drop out then the dropout rate is 50%. If there were 100 women, would the dropout rate still be 100%?
The fault in your premise is in assuming that 100 women would qualify to enter the course to begin with.
I remember my time at FLETC. Did your class order their t-shirts from Saigon Sally’s?
I’ll get flamed on FR for saying this but, regardless of our opinion on this subject the fact she lasted 10 days when groups of men quit sooner than that I personally give her props for hanging in there for that long at least, most of us would barely last 1 day or so and I have known some navy seals in the Virginia Beach area it is no joke what they go through.
I wouldn’t. Was she in the infirmary for 9 of those days?
My son tried the screener. It’s all about upper body strength. Pushups and pulling your share carrying boats.
It’s just that nature isn’t fair! Sue Mother Nature, or maybe God
I did not go to FLETC. I just knew a retired Ranger that went there as an instructor...worked with some later who went through there while he was there and they could not believe how fit he was as an “old man” he was one tough PT instructor to hear them tell it, and I have no doubt. I was never in law enforcement but did work around them for years.
