After 20 years of 3 times a week weed use, there is an 8 point unrecoverable loss in IQ, so that, then, 71% of people are smarter than the pot-head.
But then, the upper-middle-class people who want the poor to have “medical” marijuana, tend not to use it themselves.

One would think that with so many kids playing video games nowadays that reaction times would actually be better.
