Oregon may soon become the first U.S. state to allow residents to identify as "nonbinary," neither male nor female, on their driver licenses and identification cards.
Transgender Oregonians say the change would validate their identities and make them safer as they hand over their licenses at restaurants, health clinics and airports. Oregon Department of Motor Vehicles officials say they have had no opposition to the change, which they first announced plans to carry out last summer.

If you’re a woman, we could consider you a eunuch after surgery and hormones, as well, if sterile.
Good question. I’m unaware that the real-ID act has added any new answers than M/F in the SEX field of the real id.

My buddy is high up in the TSA. This is driving them crazy as EVERY database in the world starts by sorting you into either “male” or “female”.
Why don;t WE ALL check NON Binary.... There..... Just remove THAT box.... Remove how tall, how much a person weighs, and the color of his eyes. Just have a thumb print....
