Okay, sorry. I wasn’t trying to jump on a typo. I was just wondering if my sense of time was getting messed up. :-o

My Cousin Vinny is a "stop movie". When I am channel surfing and I come across it I stop and watch.

There are only a few movies I put in this category. Ferris Bueller's Day Off, is another one along with It's a Mad Mad Mad World.

I always thought one of the funniest scenes was when Vinny (Joe Peschi) first visits them in prison. Bill (Ralph Macchio) is sleeping and Stan (Mitch Whitfield) doesn’t realize Vinny is their lawyer.

Once again, WSJ is FOS.

12 Angry Men was not in a courtroom and few movies are better than it.

I used to Sell Grit subscriptions when I was a kid, when houses were a miles apart from each other, I’d start out early morning on my bicycle and I’d sell about 1 subscription per 3 homes.
Good stories ... One house the folks were not home and they had a Saint Bernard that was possessive ... he wouldn’t let me leave, very friendly but every time I’d get to the end of the driveway gate where my bike was at he would grab my arm and lead me back to the porch (long driveway) and if I tried to shake his grasp he would bite harder and growl... folks showed up around Sunset and I was sitting on the porch swing petting the Dog and they immediately asked/said “So he wouldn’t let you leave right?, how long has he kept you here?” (it was his MO). They bought a subscription, called my Parents and gave me a little Angus Bull Calf (Runt or Dwarf, it was tiny) I raised it and it never grew past 2’ at the shoulder, it was one of our favorite Pets growing up. We taught it to pull a Buggy and took it to Parades.
Of course he had a catchy name Saint Blacky (because it was the Saint Bernard that started the whole thing) and it thought it was a Dog, it wouldn’t fetch but it would run with the Dog to the stick and back and expected to get an ear scratch when it got back.

Absolutely. Unfortunately, the off-color language used is essential to the scene and not for little ears. Many broadcasts change or omit the language and this scene becomes a waste of time instead of a highlight of the movie.

This Cajun restaurant here served them with Andoulle (sp) sausage and I order them every time we go, even to-go when I’m in the neighborhood.......;)
